Dr. Alvarez was raised and trained in Mississippi. She completed her undergraduate at Delta State University, earned her Medical Degree and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is Board-Certified in Family Medicine. Her heart is in helping her patients and their families through all stages of life; including the physical, mental, and spiritual side. 

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Alvarez and her husband, Alfredo, pastor a church plant in Oxford, MS, All Nations Worship Center. They are also the parents of 2 soccer loving boys, Alex and Aiden. 

Lisa was born and raised in Mississippi. She has been a nurse for 17 years. She is passionate for her patients and loves to provide education and help any way she can. 

She is a wife, mom, and grandmother of 10.
