At this time, we accept Medicare Part B. We are not accepting Medicare Advantage plans at this time. We also offer a program called Direct Primary Care. (DPC) This is a low cost monthly fee based on age. This gives you unlimited in-office and Telehealth visits with Dr. Alvarez. This option also provides ability to provide after hour care for emergencies. We also offer a flat rate fee for single visits.

It is based on age. We also offer discounts for a family of 4 as well as company discounts. Please call us for an in-depth explantation of this option. 662-667-8809.

We offer services to the entire family. Providing women's health care, well-child visits, chronic and acute care management, and more. Dr Alvarez specializes in shoulder and knee injections for osteoarthritis. We offer in-office procedures such as drainage of abscess, laceration repairs, medication injections, labs, cultures, and more.

We are located at 568 Hwy 6 East Batesville, MS 38606. It is in East Oaks Plaza.

We do recommend keeping an insurance plan. Most patients are able to save more on their insurance premiums by choosing a higher deductible plan and using our DPC models.

If you are admitted to the hospital, Dr. Alvarez will see you within 14 days of discharge and we can request records from the inpatient stay, but she will not be able to write orders for patients while inpatient at a hospital facility. 

Please bring all medications along with any recent hospital discharge paperwork or records from prior MD. We will request records if patients do not have at first visit. Photo ID and insurance cards are needed as well so we can make a copy.
