Meet our Team

Dr. Alvarez was raised and trained in Mississippi. She completed her undergraduate at Delta State University, earned her Medical Degree and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is Board-Certified in Family Medicine. Her heart is in helping her patients and their families through all stages of life; including the physical, mental, and spiritual side. 

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Alvarez and her husband, Alfredo, pastor a church plant in Oxford, MS, All Nations Worship Center. They are also the parents of 2 soccer loving boys, Alex and Aiden. 

Megan is a Mississippi Native who earned her Masters of Science in Nursing degree at Walden University. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She comes to us with vast healthcare experience from home health and hospice to pediatrics.

Megan has been married to her husband, Richard, for 11 years and has a 4-year-old son named Lane.

She is passionate about patient care and enjoys caring for people of all ages—especially children. Megan believes in truly listening, showing compassion, and partnering with you to achieve your best health.

Lisa was born and raised in Mississippi and has been a nurse for over 17 years. She is passionate about her patients and loves to provide education and help any way she can.  

She is a wife, mom, and grandmother who loves her family.

Carol is the first smiling face you see when you come into the clinic as our receptionist.

She brings many years of experience and lots of laughs to help you smile when you may not be feeling your best.

Carol loves spending time with her family and loving on her 3 grandchildren.

Trina shows so much joy and compassion to each and every patient. You will find her smiling doing our triaging and labs draws!

Trina is a wonderful mom to her 4 children and enjoys spending time with her family.
